They will be archived for later reference and erased when the process is fully completed. Alternatively, we will restrict the processing of the respective information in accordance with statutory retention requirements.
V. Registration for our services
Our website spresiweb offers a free demo account for spresiweb via the registration form Free Demo Account and a password login and ip login (see also section IV). In order to use the aforementioned services you have to set up an account (for test accounts) or write us an email for licensed entry or testaccount entry via password login or ip login. With regard to the registration of a test account or licensed account and its subsequent use, we process:
  • Information (such as your title, name, email address, company or organization, job title, city, country, address, phone, fax, url of website, language of correspondence, note, start and end) that is provided by registration
  • Information in connection with an account sign-in facility (e.g. log-in, password details)
  • Communications sent by you (e.g. via e-mail)
IP access

If you select an IP or IP-range based access model, we process additionally:
  • IP address or validity of your IP address as part of the registered IP address range
  • Tracking of usage and frequency if part of the contract

Your personal data is, in the absence of exceptions within the specific services mentioned below, retained for as long as your user account is used. After deletion of your account, your personal data will be erased 6 months later. Statutory storage obligations or the need for legal actions that may arise from misconduct within the services or payment problems can lead to a longer retention of your personal data. In this case, we will inform you accordingly.
VI. Analysis
For statistical analyses we use web analytics services to collect information about the use of this site.

    The tools collect information such as

    and stores this information in so-called server log files. The data are automatically deleted after 6 months at the latest.

    We use the information we get from the providers only to determine the most useful information you are looking for, and to improve and optimise this website. We do not combine the information collected through the use of the tools with other personal data.

    The tools collect only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or any other identifying information. The provider will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other services relating to website and internet use to us.
